On September 15th 2012, Averroes was awarded an organizational development project from Contraco Construction Company that focuses on organization evaluation studies and improvements, starting with identifying organization gaps and development of SWOT analysis, organization restructure, QHSE implementation, Business strategic plan, HR management system, Project Management and establishing continual improvement programs that will enable the organization to continue its growth in an effective actionable steps.
The agreement was held between Contraco Vice Chairman, Contraco General Manager and Averroes CEO & Advisor for the duration of two years. Averroes ultimate intention in such project is not only to meet customer requirements and needs but to bring about unique and innovative results.
