“Your workforce is your most valuable asset. The knowledge and skills they have represent the fuel that drives the engine of business – and you can leverage that knowledge.” – Harvey Mackay
In response to one of the challenges in the market, the organization social fabric network and communication within a certain company’s workforce suffers from volatility and disparity during project execution. Some observers blame it on lack of attention given to different nationalities and language barrier within the company’s workforce.
Size of company and number of employees plays bigger role in defining the organization social fabrics’ strengths and weaknesses. The successful route to such challenges is to be fair and just when communicating and dealing with people within the organization. Listening to their complaints and taking them seriously and act vigorously will minimize, if not to eliminate, the workforce adversity.
The company’s Return on Investment (RoI) becomes clear once they consider that the workforce is an asset to the organization and that nothing can be accomplished without them.
